Indian Playback singer Shabab Sabri from Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India was born on 6 July 1979 and is known to sing Hindi, Urdu, Rajasthani, Awadhi and Marathi sufi songs. He completed his education from Unuversityof Mumbai. He has done playback singing for quite a few number of songs for Salman Khan movies.
His debut song was "Teri Jawani badi mast mast hai" – an item song pictured on Arbaaz Khan and Anjala Zaveri. After his debut song in his teens, he returned to playback singing only in 2004 with the track, "Lahoo Banke Aansoo" aside Alka Yagnik and Sonu Nigam for the comedy blockbuster, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi.
Since the days of Dabangg, Shabab Sabri got frequently associated with Salman movies. Humka Peeni Hai (Dabangg), Tere Naina (Jai Ho), Pawan Udaye Batiyaan (Veer) and the recent Jalte Diye (Prem Ratan Dhan Payo) were chartbusters.
